New Favourite Blush

Hello Lovelies (:

I recently went shopping with the boyfriend in Tunbridge Wells and bought my first ever make up item from Topshop! I'm a Topshop make up virgin!

[caption id="attachment_130" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Made with Insta Collage Free[/caption]I picked up a creme blush in the colour Flush, it looks quite bright but I only apply a small amount - using my finger to dab onto the apples of my cheeks and then blend. I find that it gives me a nice pop of colour and is so quick and easy to apply!I should really post a picture of me wearing it so that you are able to see the colour in action but my skin has not been looking it's best at the moment so I don't feel comfortable posting one, sorry!

I also have my eye on a few other Topshop make up products such as a lipstick in Innocent..I'll have to pick it up next time I pop in to Chester!

What is your favourite blush?

Blissfully beautifully moisturised

Hello Lovelies (:

Today I'm writing a little review of a little sample I got in a Glossybox. Most of the samples I get I put into a drawer in my make up room and forget about them, just before I went away I remembered I had a few samples which would be perfect to take away with me. (I had to make sure I had room for all the clothes I was packing!) One of the products being the Bliss Blood Orange and White Pepper Body Butter. It was a good size sample at 50ml and the packaging is great, I find it so frustrating when you get samples and can't actually get all of the product out!

[caption id="attachment_127" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Made with Insta Coll'age Free[/caption]

What it says on the back 'Slather on this vibrantly-scented moisturizer from shoulders to toes (or anyplace else that's particularly parched).'
On the Bliss website it states 'Improves suppleness, firmness and smoothness, normalises skin moisture content, deeply moisturising, skin softening and naturally rejuvenating to dry skin.'

I used this when I got out of the shower in the evening, applying it from shoulder to toe like it says. It was great as it sunk into the skin quickly and did not feel greasy at all! There is nothing more annoying than trying to get dressed after moisturising and not being able to pull up your skinny jeans because your moisturiser has not sunk in. It smells good too, you wouldn't think so from the ingredients; blood orange and white pepper, it has a nice light orange smell which is not over powering with a very small hint of pepper. It kept my skin moisturised for a few days which is fantastic as I have recently used a Molton Brown moisturiser which did not keep me moisturised for very long; I put it on before going to bed and the next morning my legs felt dry!

The Bliss Body Butter is Paraben Free this means that it is less likely to irritate your skin, there have also been links between parabens and breast cancer so using this paraben free moisturiser will eliminate that link. I have to say that I absolutely love the Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Softening Lotion in Nourishing Shea Butter it keeps me moisturised for ages, but this body butter is my next favourite! You can buy a full size sample from the Bliss World website or from Debenhams at £20.50 for 200ml but I'd prefer to pay £2.99 for the Garnier Body at Boots for 250ml!

What is your favourite body moisturiser?

Holiday OOTD #2

Hello Lovelies (:

This is a bit of a back dated post as I was not able to blog much whilst on holiday and when I came back I was spending time with family so this post is long overdue but here it is!

Shorts - Primark (old) // Top - New Look (old) // Shoes - New Look // Watch - DKNY (present) // Bracelet - Pia Jewllery (present)

This outfit was quickly thrown on in a rush to get ready for dinner, I had to find something that was going to keep me cool as it was so warm even in the evenings! As you can tell I need to sort out my wardrobe as a few of these items are old purchases!

I hope you are all enjoying your summers, and your holidays if you have been on any!

Holiday OOTD #1

Hello Lovelies (:

I hope you are ok, sorry I have not posted in ages! Had some family visiting a few weeks ago and then I flew to Cyprus so have been fairly busy and have not had good access to the Internet - hence my lack of appearance on twitter! Here is what I wore on the first evening of my holiday.

Dress - New Look // Belt - Came with dress // Sandals - River Island (old) // Necklace - Primark // Watch - Michael Korrs

I bought this dress a few months back in preparation for my holiday, it was £22.99 which I didn't think was bad! I enjoyed wearing it as it was light an flowing. However as you can see it was a bit too long for short me, I wished I had packed some wedges! I bought the necklace just the other week after I had seen it over on Mediamarmalade and thought it was a great piece of jewellery that would go with a lot of things in my wardrobe!

I apologise for the picture quality, I am having to take them on my Iphone at the moment!

What do you think to the outfit? Could I have paired it with something else which would have jazzed it up a bit?
