New York Beauty Haul

Hello Lovelies (:

I have been back from New York for a few days now, it was an absolutely amazing trip and so worth the expense! Definitely something to put on your 'Places to Visit' list! My boyfriend made it even more special by getting down on one knee and proposing...I said yes!

Of course whilst I was there I had to go to Sephora (a beauty bloggers heaven) and pick up a few bits. I had already started writing a list of things to buy before I'd even left England. I was a little disappointed though as I was looking for NYX products everywhere and just couldn't find them - I know you can order them online but I'm one of those people that prefers to look at makeup before they purchase it. So here are the things I bought;

 

I have been wanting to try a makeup setting spray for a while, I did try the MAC Fix + but it was not good for my combination/oily skin, so when I saw this little travel bottle I snapped it up.

 

I bought this as I had taken some eyelashes with me but needed better glue to apply them, what's the harm in having lots of eyelash glue?! Turns out I couldn't wear the lashes anyway as they needed trimming and I didn't have any scissors!

 

I've always loved the way they used these in salons and this just happened to fall into my basket! I just need to decide now whether to fill it with nail varnish remover or toner..decisions decisions.

 

Rollerballs are great for popping into your handbag and rolling on your wrists throughout the day. I was drawn to this as my sister said it was nice and she wasn't wrong! I already have Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh but what's one more?

 I've heard so many good things about this mascara so just had to get it whilst I could, excited to give it a try later. I wonder if it could beat either of my favourites; Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill or Benefits They're Real.

 

 I had to see what all the fuss was about with this foundation, luckily I managed to find the right colour.

 There were so many different polishes I could have bought but I whittled it down to just these two, I think I got these from Walgreens though not Sephora!
